My sporting swim once in a week with a duration of 1 hour non stop as well as 20 sit ups everyday counts before go to sleep. After continuing with the program, on the bln. to my five successful weight loss until so 47 kg. Complaints such as migraines, blood insistence unstable as well as joint pain are also missing.
